Amy Terray, DC and Paul Amara, LMT are a husband and wife team serving holistic-minded families in the Southern Connecticut River Valley area.
Meet the Team
Amy Terray, DC, received her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from National University of Heath Sciences (then National College of Chiropractic). In 1999, Amy returned to Old Saybrook to resume her father, Dr. Dan Terray's practice. Dr. Terray specializes in deep tissue and traditional chiropractic therapies, and makes personalized, informed treatment plans for every patient.
Harry Paul Amara, LMT attended Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, where he focused on Swedish, Deep Tissue, Acupressure and Sports Massage. Paul is dedicated to helping others understand and feel the benefits of stress relief, mobility and pain reduction. Paul lives and works in Old Saybrook, Connecticut with his wife, Amy Terray D.C., and their four children.
