First visits are approximately one hour. Follow-up visits are a half hour.
WHAT TO EXPECT
On your first visit, amy will perform an intake evaluation, including medical history, history of current complaint, physical examination and treat accordingly. Oftentimes, ergonomic environment is assessed and exercises are given to fix underlying cause of symptoms.

30-minute chirorpractic and soft-tissue appointment: $125

MASSAGE
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your initial appointment.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Paul can work with you however you are most comfortable. Massages are typically performed on the massage table, or sitting in the massage chair, however, if your mobility is impaired, he can adapt to what you need.
